Takefuso Kubo attracted attention at the back end of 2011 when he
became the first Japanese player to sign for Barcelona at the age of 11.
The fact Take Kubo has been nicknamed “the Japanese Lionel Messi” makes you wonder just what might be for the youngster.
Originally, Kubo was identified by coaching staff while playing and training with Barcelona School of Fukuoka in southern Japan.Barcelona websites dedicated to youngsters at the La Masia Academy,
claim Kubo is a number 10 noted for his fine left foot and excellent
vision.
He is currently part of Barcelona’s famous La Masia Academy and this
week had a starring role in a 3-0 win over Villarreal, scoring a
terrific goal and setting up another.
