Britney Spears will soon have two men
watching over her after her fiance Jason Trawick has applied to be a
co-conservator over the singer.
The pop star's father Jamie Spears, who has been legally in
control of Britney since her public meltdown in February 2008, is asking
a court to add Trawick as a co-conservator.
The legal moves will no doubt prompt
speculation Britney, 30, is set to wed her former manager, 40, sooner
rather than later following their December engagement.
A source told People magazine that
Trawick will only have shared legal control over his fiancée's general
well-being, but not her finances. Although conservator can
make decisions over a person's food, clothing and healthcare, the singer
actually has quite a lot of freedom.
